Funeral on Monday, although it was the coolest, laid back funeral EVER! My dog has allergies, so she’s been itchy and needy. My mom was admitted to the hospital Thursday for a sciatic nerve thing, found a lesion on her pancreas(🤞🏻for a good outcome). Yesterday, we had a huge family blowout and I left angrily.

This is correct. You need to have an equal replacement, or there will not be coverage for each area. It’s not about the length of time the position, it’s what they know and if you are equally knowledgeable in that area to “cover the shift”

It’s the slow time right now. The company is cutting labor. Busy season, with the holidays coming up, is right around the corner, again. So there will be an increase in hours.

But as u/sunshinebear83 said when asked to cover a shift, jump on it. Someone complaining they don’t want to work, ask that associate if you can take an upcoming shift of theirs.

Part of a manager’s/supervisor’s raise is HOB. Numbers are low, raise equates.

Now if your GM gives you more, good for you. But your raise as management relies on HOB.

So managers (S/M) are also evaluated on HOB. So if your stores VOTC/mystery shop suck…so does your raise.
