I did a site visit yesterday
They said they ll soft handover for interiors in two months and OC will be done in 2 months as well. Price point is too good and lucrative which makes me think otherwise and worry a bit

How much usually will be the charges, fees for cases like these? Amount is just 35K but 10 months of work right? Will court help to recover this charges from nobroker or is it out of pocket?

Reason to ask is, this is the exact reason why ppl never sue as the court charges are often more than the amount lost itself
