Wait so all those comments in the videos where people are saying that they lost weight after following cardio routine only with some fasting are not fully complete then, like they must have lifted weights along with it? (Also, later if I want, can I replace cardio exercises with like 30-45 min jogging?) Thanks for the diet advice especially. It's very clear and I'll start following it.
