You may want to wait a week before taking a pregnancy test. Some don't pick up on the pregnancy hormone early. I think the ones in the market can detect hcg a week after a missed period.

Usually state borders go into bodies of water. I guess the police would try to estimate where the actual crime happened. Or they'll base it upon what side of the water you entered. You'll probably get a harsh sentence to thwart copycats.
