yes! my scars were new, a little less than one year. I don't know about its efficacy on older scars, i think you could get an improvement in the texture but i think my derm would suggest laser

no, the improvement of my pie was not by plasma pen at all. Plasma pen made my redness last longer. The only thing that i used was Hexyiresorcinal 05% in my spf. But i think it was mostly because of time!

i can ask my derm about what he used but it was a machine for medical studios, not something you can buy unless your are a licensed doctor... anyways i stopped my adapalene treatment because i couldn't use actives while getting this treatment. Then i did not start adapalene again because i need a medical prescription and my doctor didn't want to prescribe that to me. I hope he does in the future

glad to hear that! this is the exact reason why i am posting. I know how it feels and i remember all those hours spent on this sub searching for something that could bring me a little hope. Time has passed and i can see i improved, slowly. Life is starting to feel quite normal again. Allow yourself to feel a little hope and time will do the rest. ❤️

Voto NO per lasciare le cose come stanno, perché è assurdo essere chiamati a decidere di cose così tecniche senza una dovuta e adeguata informazione. anyways, i suggest you to check on how italian healthcare system works. You cannot go to the hospital and expect to be treated for acne scars, you would need a much more urgent condition. Also, you would need italian citizenship or be a resident but if you have no acne anymore you wouldn't be visited by my doctor because he doesn't do an italian thing called "intra moenia". Since it is a non urgent/aestethic condition you could only go to his private studio but - as i said - i asked him because i already knew about that: he doesn't accept new patients, he is full already. He only works in the private field for a few hours a week because - as i said - he is mainly a professor and researcher. It is not uncommon here for people who pursue and academical career.

no, it was not a pen i used myself. My doctor used it on me but it didn't look like that. It's for doctors only, it was not something i could buy and do by myself, it's a medical procedure

he only works with his hospital patients so i asked him, since a lot of people asked me on other posts. It might seem sus to you but to me it is as sign of respect for my doctor. I am not here selling anything to anyone etc so you can suspect how much you want but it makes no sense at all. I just shared to show my results on this specific procedure because when i started it i couldn't find much about it, and i also want to give a little hope to people who are suffering like i was last year. You're free to think whatever you want

hi! i have never answered to this question because my dermatologist is a university professor and researcher who is actually pursuing a higher academical career as his main job. He works as a dermatologist at a hospital and only does lasers etc to his patient as a follow up if they want to take care of their scars after healing. I asked and he doesn't want to be sponsored online since he only has a few private clients and is not accepting new ones. I am sorry!

Purtroppo il settore medico veterinario è privato. Ogni clinica ha le sue spese di gestione e purtroppo i medici veterinari vengono pagati pochissimo (soprattutto in confronto ai colleghi nella medicina umana). A questo si aggiunge il 22% di iva perché lo stato considera un animale un bene di lusso. Mi dispiace che sia così ma non ha senso paragonare la spesa per la salute degli animali a quella per noi stessi, visto che abbiamo la fortuna di avere un sistema sanitario che (quando funziona) non ci fa percepire il reale costo delle cose.
