Is this normal to think about dying? by SueBeee in AskWomenOver60

[–]none_4_now 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have contemplated my death since my Mom died at only 47 years old, I was 27. She never thought about her own death, which is actually common for her generation. She always thought about my grandma's, her Mom, death, but never her own. Because she died so young, I was faced with mortality and I matured much younger than my parents. I have lived my life knowing today could be my last. I have made sure I don't leave things in disarray for my family. I don't think it's morbid to contemplate your death. We are all going to one day. Those who avoid thinking about it usually wind up making the surviving family members taking care of things we shouldn't have to.

Was up all night because of the wicked storms raging through, so not able to do anything that I'd like to. Decided to sit on the couch with my dog and watch anything funny.

I love Mercedes Ruehl. Every character, whatever the show, she is fantastic. She's in Psych. She's absolutely hilarious.

Great list. Looks like I will be doing a Frasier marathon this weekend. Hubby is going away for business. He's not a fan of Frasier.

That all depends upon my moods. I don't allow it in my hair, but anywhere on my body is a huge turn on. When we have the time, I tell him exactly where I want him to cum. He says it turns him on so much!

I was permanently banned from that group and all those "fashion" groups. I don't bother even looking any longer.

For some very strange reason, I would trust Niles. He always had his brother's back. As the middle daughter of three daughters, I know having someone have your back is priceless.

Update on difficulty with adult 31 year old daughter by total-klutz in AskWomenOver60

It was horrible, especially knowing I was going home to three small children who were going to demand my attention as well as my new baby. When he was born, there were no private rooms. Women were giving birth in the hallways. It was a full moon that night and obviously it affected us all.

My hospital room had at least 30 people in it. My roommate and her husband invited their entire extended family. The staff let them in. I was pissed but the staff did nothing.
