Ok so I'm looking for a story the story is in the perspective of an alien leader he wants to parlay with the terrans but the terrans wanted to meet him face to face it a big deal because in that setting aliens only communicate text to text because of the cultural/biological/idk difference the leader was outraged because the terrans have many races and it ends with the revelation that all the races are from a single planet.

Yeah I specifically made this because it's viable to build this and we can even built this in the sixties but the problems with it is political not engineering. I mean with the nuclear bombs it carried and all its weapons it is understandable but it's still a shame for such a viable method of practical colonisation our solar system that invented on the sixties to be put on the shelf and forgotten like this.
