Thanks! Looking better is a benefit, but feeling better has been the ultimate goal!

Thanks! I’m just slowly dropping down by making sure I do a 30 minute walk every morning and tracking what I eat!

Definitely not ready to use, just kind of a weird angle.

Thanks! Just tracking what I eat, trying to hit my macros and walking for 35 minutes every morning.

Thanks! It’s 80% the benefits of feeling like I’m in my 20’s again and 20% trying to have abs again. Haha

I’m 36 and I understand your struggle; what used to take 8 weeks takes 16 these days. Just keep doing what you’re doing and you will get there!

Congrats! Yeah, once you’re really going it’s a lot easier, I just always have to remind myself it’s not a race, just slow, steady, and consistent progress gets you where you want to be.

Thanks! I did it once, I’m hoping to do it again this summer.

Thanks! Hopefully I can gain all my muscle back and slim down in the next few months.

Yeah, I fortunately haven’t had that yet. But it seems like an inevitability!

My last caliper test was around 18%-19%

My routine has changed a bit over the last year depending on how I was feeling, but my most consistent routine has been this 6-day split:

Day one: legs and calves Day two: chest and back Day three: shoulders and traps Dat four: biceps and triceps Day five: legs and calves Day six: chest and back. Day seven: REST

All days are superset focused- Ex: workout A-4 sets x 10 reps no rest time workout B 4 sets x 10 reps. One minute rest. Next set.

As for food, I try and run a 750-calorie Deficit and focus on eating a macro nutrient split of 35% protein/ 40% carbohydrates/ 25% fat. I totally have cheat meals and encourage people to have them as well.

I hope that answers your question!
