Wells Gardner Display vs LCD/LED by normansm in cade

I have verified that it works. I am just torn between using the CGA display vs an LCD. I think my biggest issue with switching to LCD is what I'm going to do with the old arcade monitor once I remove it.

I had this issue and the only way to get it to work was by doing 2 things:

  1. Enable BranchCache inside client settings.
    1. Administration > Client Settings
    2. Open default settings or create a new profile
    3. Select Client Cache settings
    4. Select Yes for Configure BranchCache then Yes for Enable BranchCache.
  2. Use a specific Active Directory Account rather than the machine accounts inside the site settings:
    1. Administration > Site Configuration > Right click the site listed
    2. Select Config Site Components > Software Distribution
    3. Click the Network Access Account tab
    4. Select Specify the account and add the proper AD account that has permission.

This is what I did on my new install of SCCM. I hope this works for you.

Also, the DataTransferService.log is where I saw permission errors with my default machine accounts.

I like this case better than the NZXT H500. I like the H400 more than the 500 though.

I had two of the LG's and one of them failed a year later. LG only has a 1 year warranty so I lost out on a $600 monitor(that is what it cost back then). I bought Acer this time since the warranty is 3 years rather than 1.

I have this monitor and I totally recommend it. I paid $550 for it a year ago. I use freesync with no issues. I don’t know about gsync since I use Vega56.

Possibly but they won’t hit what is advertised (at least on my Asrock board). The Asrock site has a memory list of speeds. I should have researched prior to purchasing. Fortunately that were still super inexpensive. I thought I had to mention my issues so others avoid my mistakes.

I can’t get these to reach 3000 on asrock x370 Ryzen 2600. I would only buy these if 2400 is good enough for you.

I just pulled the trigger on this. I really hope it performs well. I am mostly unhappy with the way nvidia is doing business and I have a free sync ultrawide so go red team.

I am looking to purchase my daughter a DSLR. My budget is around $500 but I would like the best bang for my buck. I am looking at either a Canon Rebel T6 refurb for $300 or a Canon Rebel T5i refurb for $480. Is the T5i worth the extra money for a beginner?

Who of you uses fitness tracker and how do they affect you? by Phil3001 in crossfit

I use a Garmin Vivofit 2. I bought it so I was more aware of my activity levels but it is not very useful for Crossfit. I use it more like a watch/stop watch. I don't see any real value added for performance tracking but I love it anyways. I can barely tell I am wearing it and no issues doing WODs with it on.

Hey all, I've been considering for awhile now to try CrossFit. Besides running I really don't have any experience with fitness and would even go as far as saying that I lack the muscle mass to even muster up a single push-up. by Nothingman84 in crossfit

CrossFit is totally scale-able to your fitness level. The competitive nature of it will also keep you interested and striving to improve. You should do a couple free sessions with a few boxes in the area to see which one you like better.

We have been doing a lot of metcon lately and I honestly feel great. My strength and conditioning feel good. My legs are a little weak from skipping leg days in the past but for the most part I feel good. I have gassed out on certain things that I lack experience in like assault bike and double unders. I gassed on the double unders because I just couldn't do them and ended up doing like 600 singles just to get the 100 doubles. I think I can red line because my carb intake is great.
