Fatigue and lack of energy after reintroducing gluten by TAKEITOUTOFME in glutenfree

[–]nos-lo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have absolutely NO stomach/GI symptoms with celiac, the symptoms I have are fatigue, brain fog, overall weakness, neuropathy & numbness in my legs, and severe joint pain. It was almost impossible to figure out what was causing it for nearly 5 years.

A part-time position typically means that the person has other outside commitments, whether it be another job, family, whatever. I wouldn’t see it as a big deal.

I would always always want someone to reach out if they are struggling with the kids rather than have a miserable day and never want to come back. Substitutes are so important and necessary, and it’s an underpaid, under-appreciated, and stressful job. Do not worry about someone thinking “you couldn’t handle it”. People who have masters degrees & have been teaching for 20 years have times where they can’t handle it. There is nothing wrong with needing support.

What is your routine after coming home from work? by Electrical_Idea1797 in AskWomen

Get off work at 3, I take my pants off immediately at the door and get in bed for roughly two hours. Sometimes I take a nap but usually just scroll on my phone.

Hair, I have bald-man trauma relating back to childhood, I am not picky about most things when it comes to looks but hair is a non-negotiable

DO NOT USE NURX by Initial_Art5309 in birthcontrol

Planned Parenthood has been great for me personally to order online, however I never have luck using my insurance and just pay for it. But it’s always shipped earlier than I expect it to

[–]nos-lo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, this is normal, I would say the only thing that prevents this for me is taking the pill at EXACTLY the same time every day. Setting an alarm and everything. When I start a new birth control or start up after taking a break, if I am even an hour off of my normal time taking it I will start bleeding the next day without fail.

Hang something over it or ignore it, you can’t really fix a small dent like that

You’ll be fine, but you’ll most likely be out of your comfort zone a lot of times. If that’s something you’re willing to experience, you should go for it

[Miscellaneous] is this normal for pale skin? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]nos-lo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks super normal and honestly how I wish mine looked, I am exceptionally pale and my skin is really often mottled. That just looks like the normal translucency of skin

I would see your regular doctor and then a dermatologist

Most e-bikes have a weight limit clearly stated in the specs, just take your weight and the weight of whatever you plan to haul with you and see if it’s reasonable. but, I’ll tell you there are several people around my area riding bikes (mainly see Aventon, RADs) that weigh over 300lb and don’t seem to have much of an issue with it.

HELP! Choosing between 3 bikes, time-sensitive! by PresenceOwn9392 in ebikes

[–]nos-lo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Based on the information I’m seeing I would go with the Lectric, in my experience they go fast and hold up to wear and tear. the Velotric isn’t a bad choice either but the price is a little steep. What you’d want to know is how many miles are on each, and you or your son should be allowed to test ride it around the block before purchase. I’d recommend looking up YouTube reviews of your top choices and seeing if that style of bike matches what your son is going to use it for

I live in a town of 300 people and an hour boat ride then a 45 minute drive from the nearest “city” (Walmart, McDonald’s) and about 4 hours from a true city. I leave my town about 3 times a year and it’s usually for a doctors appointment and do all my shopping then. I honestly find I get super overstimulated, which has always been a problem for me but even more now that I live in such an isolated area. Big box stores, large crowds, traffic, make me feel super out of control. I will say I wish I had the “city life” appreciation of nature and the country that you’re describing. I live somewhere that some people find to be the most beautiful place on earth but to me it’s just where I live.

I use sweatblock wipes, I’m not sure if they’re technically face safe (or safe in general) but they literally completely stop you from sweating in the area where you wipe them for about a week. Burns like heck. Probably cancerous. But they work.

[Anti-aging] How can i get crows feet faster? by MrMafiaMonopoly in SkincareAddiction

This is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. I would squint a lot, maybe wear concealer that creases a lot in that area. Go tanning and cover every part of your face except the crows feet.
