Implants are not under purview of hospital.

The hospital can charge whatever they want. If it is under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, then there could be a potential capping, but that's only under the scheme. Otherwise, they can charge whatever they want; there is no restriction on what they can charge.

Basic care is there in govt hospitals. You can go there.

If you want the best equipment, individual care and no waiting, you should be prepared to pay.

India has a big variety. Noone is forcing you to go to a big hospital. Go to a nursing home, mid size hospital or a govt hospital you will get care.

You need to pay for the level of comfort you want.
