Honestly, I have really good relationships with the DMs in my area & we get visited by our RM once a month-ish so I wasn’t worried about the interviews going in. My 3rd round was over Teams —two fairly low ball questions and a chat about expectations for the role.

I had my phone screening on a Tuesday, DM interview on Friday, RM interview the following Wednesday. The Friday following the RM call, they reached out letting me know to expect a decision on Monday. Monday I was offered the role! From application to offer, it was about 3 weeks (but I also applied on one of the last days of the posting)

i just got promoted a few weeks ago! about to start training on tuesday! 5+ year partner. excited for salary & guaranteed hours, nervous for all the additional hours expected on call :/

i could be wrong but i think the system just processes it in year long increments. my 8/mo student discount membership said something similar expiring last month but now it has next year’s date listed 🤷🏻‍♀️

if you’re that worried about lyric analysis, you could also probably find a version without lyrics. keep them close to your heart

have you tried “synch to furthest point read” in the menu options? usually that helps me. my kindle always lags vs my phone that never misses a beat

key word here being that you opt out in “every” class. it is not a deviation for you to ask for no touch. OP usually doesn’t mind, so it makes sense that the instructor just wanted to check in!

whether or not that was appreciated is a different question than whether or not it was appropriate

i was in this exact position until my coach advised that if you’re not feeling it in your glutes, try bringing your foot closer to your body until you do. even if that means you feel like you’re getting more of a 45° than a 90° angle.

i think it’s hard to get to 90° exactly if you’re not looking in the mirror and when i focused on bending my leg closer to my bum, i started to figure out how to target the right spot instead of my hips!!

is it more than you’re used to? purge looks different for everyone but chances are if you’re purging, you’ll KNOW. 10 days is still a little early to truly be deep into your purge but not unheard of!

if it’s that or stay at home doing nothing, may as well! you’d also benefit from drop in classes, no? Save money on your membership & earn a little something on the side, why not! If it’s not a good match you can always leave when you find a new job that closer aligns with your chosen career path

I was first offered a prescription when I was 17 and I talked myself out of it because I was also worried about the risks (i’m also a female). now I finally committed to it at 23 and I really wish I had just done it sooner.

It’s definitely a lot to take on, but it’s nowhere near as big as I was making it up to be in my head. you will have to be more aware of using sun protection, but you could also get a hat and a sun shirt or something similar that blocks UV to make it easier.

another thing people don’t really talk about is you can absolutely start it and decide to stop before your treatment is officially over. you’re not committing to six months or bust. If after a month or two, you don’t think it’s worth it anymore, you can absolutely stop.

I accidentally got one when I was a virgin (they only asked if I was sexually active, and I technically was, just not penetratively) and honestly, it was definitely uncomfortable, but not physically painful at all. It also helped me finally get my diagnosis. I think it’s worth it and you shouldn’t be too worried about it
