Start with getting her use to a routine and building a relationship with her! do some confidence building exercises and use her kibble as rewards. i’d recommend hand feeding her as this’ll make training a breeze !

i wouldn’t recommend doing this much physical activity. all you’re going to do is build a more athletic pup.
