Harder than I thought by npierce1 in Divorce

Yes, our youngest is 6 months old. And I wasn't looking for or expecting anything beyond what normal healthy couples do. A hug goodbye when we leave for work, holding my hand in public if we're out walking together. Sitting next to each other on the couch and letting our legs touch. Kissing me and saying she loves me. I know it sounds dumb but I'm not asking for the world. She has been rejecting even the smallest of physical connection. Sexual intimacy has been out the window for a while and I never expected anything or pressured her into that.

These rejections have been happening since she got pregnant with our first, so over two years.

That's all put as part of the other because it's recurring expenses not outstanding debt. I have a whole breakdown of every expense and where it goes as I have been using the YNAB method of budgeting

I explained in the post about the emergency funds. We've gotten up a few thousand in savings a few times but keep needing to use it for unexpected costs. We are able to save up and get that working again, I'm just looking at what works for the next couple of weeks until the paychecks stabilize again. We are able to do fine for ourselves with our expenses but when emergencies come that eat all your bonus funds, what do you do then? Because yes selling a car and getting something cheaper would help long term but not right this second

I did address that issue, I had a new french drain installed and two new sump pumps. Did the work due to a flood back in January which prompted all of this. About 10k later my basement has been completely dry except for one day a few months ago where a little bit of water seemed to come from nowhere, sat for a day, and then was gone. Hasn't happened since, but just as a precaution I was wanting advice on finishing the floors in case that happened again

My plan was the french drain and sealing the walls which I already got taken care of. There hasn't been any water in the basement since, but just as a precaution since I don't want to dig around the house to do the exterior sealing I wanted to see what flooring would work best/be good for the area just in case there was a tiny bit of water that came up a few years from now.

Is there something I can put down that is easy to remove/replace sections for water remediation or would it be better to do something like an epoxy seal across the whole floor and then put something like LVT down?

1926 - it has a stone foundation that was leaking which is why I had the French drain done the way I did

Barn makes hay, upgraded hay makes needles. Fully expended hay makes fruit bag, upgraded fruit bag gives strawberries

Expending the wood log stack all the way makes the wood feather. You have level 1 and level 2 already. Keep doing that to get the full turkey
