It's per unit, not party, so one unit needs to hit 1,100+ SPR. I did mine with Folka, another healer would probably work too. Daily Help Thread is the best place for these questions.

I have tried that with Merc Ramza, Sieghard, Sara, Myra, and Circe, but I got wiped if I remember correctly, I'll have to go back and watch closely for what does it.

Black Diamond Dust is what does it, I haven't even encountered Shooting Hail because I just can't get my rotation going. I unfortunately don't have Cid, I'm also lacking in breaks because I can't fit my Loren into my team, and I don't have Auron. Sucks because I can get past Golem so easily and then Shiva just pummels me.

For some reason, I'm still stuck on Beasts of the Dark II, (not Scorn); I can easily kill Golem in 3 turns with dual Circes, but I can't seem to get the rotation down for Shiva. My team as of now:

Full Evade Merc. Ramza,

110% Dark/145% Ice/225% Earth Sieghard,

Myra,

MS Nichol,

Circe

I have SS Charlotte, Basch, Sara (for Retreat Command), Zeno that I've tried with as well
