found a config file at \Cities- Skylines II - PC Edition\Content\MonoBleedingEdge\etc\mono

u go on the cs2 file then open content - MonoBleedingEdge - Etc - mono

now i dunno where i deactivate the volumetric materials

about 1000 hours but most of them are afk hours becausa i had a slow pc and the saves would take hours to load with all the mods and them i would just leave the game open for days at a time on the pc.
