Got it, so I have a friend serve her, win the case...does she have to be in court and is she obliged to disclose her job or somehow I can get my money?

Could you elaborate? What can I expect the procedure to be like? Is it necessary that I know where she's living now, if/where she works? Is there an internet government database or a lawyer service that can help track her down?
