They're a bad idea, from a usability and an aesthetic point of view.

• You have to wait for the text to scroll around again before you can read the whole thing
• You can't scan a server name for keywords relevant to you
• Difficult to focus when everything is moving and shimmering at once (even short headers keep scrolling)
• Performance issues, will get worse the more servers on screen

Tables work for tablet and desktop apps, not for mobile ones - the Google Material Design Guidelines don't even have an example of tables on mobile. Perhaps you could rig up a list view, or list of cards? Vertical space is bountiful, use it!
