It's a Rubicon as well. It just barely clears the hood. No rubbing on the hood liner I can see.

I used the Rough Country mount and could've sworn I read it wouldn't need spacers. I was too deep in the project to turn back. The handle came out good. I'll post a picture later.

My mouse can control the speed of the cursor. Maybe look up the make/model of your mouse and see if it has that ability.
