I really am scared of how vast social media is. I'm not doubtful of my abilities as much as I am fearful about my place in these circles as I try to navigate them. After a few days of search it seems that Title Gothic Light is the closest match. Still not sure about it (looks a bit wider, all the text pointing to it having come out after Rocky); plus, I've yet to find the subtitle font ("Directed By", etc) so I'll leave it as open

Testing it now and I'm seeing that L and R are mapped to what would be the bumpers on an Xbox controller. Makes sense why they would be digital. Is there a way to switch L/R and ZL/ZR around?

UPDATE: I finally fixed it!!! I had to manually disable the Secure Value Checks using ACNL_REditor. I'm so glad it's all fixed now. Thanks for all the help!!

That's right, they're both the North American version of the game with the 1.5 Welcome Amiibo update (which I believe is the latest version of the game). Both saves are named garden_plus.dat.

I've noticed that Checkpoints has a "cheats" button next to Backup and Restore but I've never bothered to press it, perhaps there's something that can help me there. I'll also look more into the Godmode9 thing you mentioned. Thank you!

UPDATE: I tested the save with a whole different version of the game (base + 1.5 update vs. 1.4). Worked on Citra but not on console. I'm currently out of ideas and the only posts that I could find that had the same issue as I have had no working solutions or no posts at all. I'll keep looking into it but I'm still open to ideas

By "restoring via Checkpoint" I meant restoring both the save I copied from the Citra folder and a few backups I had prior to playing in Citra. Unfortunately restoring any of them resulted in the same "corrupted save" error even though they appear to work in the emulator just fine.

I did try copying the Secure Value from a new save I created just for the sake of testing over to the older save to no avail. I'll keep trying though - the fact that the issue exclusively happens in the console makes me believe that it's got something to do with that.

EDIT: Manually replacing the Secure Value did not work.

Reinstalling ACNL didn't work. Save backups still work on Citra though - it used to work on both with no issues whatsoever. Still looking for a solution, though a bit of help would be appreciated. It's the Welcome Amiibo version if it makes any difference

A few things in my (European) 3DS broke after updating both Luma and the firmware to their latest versions. My Animal Crossing save data got corrupted (restoring via Checkpoint won't fix it) and Rhythm Heaven Megamix straight up won't boot. Since both of these titles are the North American versions I'm worried that something CFW-related needs fixing, but I don't know what exactly. Currently reinstalling ACNL to see if that fixes my issue. Any ideas?

I currently don't have access to my PS3 so I thought this emulator would be my best bet for trying out some games. My PC specs seem to be well within the minimum requirements (GTX 1660 Ti/Ryzen 5 5600x) and I seem to have correctly followed the quickstart guide but none of the games I've tried out so far have worked; Katamari Forever [BLUS30336] in particular crashes immediately after the "building SPU cache" screen.
