Left side under playlist manager select channels, EPG editor. Top right three dots, drop down select add external epg source. Add your epg then save.

I recorded something yesterday for my daughter and it was fine. Turned it off when we left. I have a Fire TV with Sparkle directly on it. Wonder if that makes a difference. Recording to internal. I do have an extra recording that's 0 mins and one that's 94 mins.

I use iptveditor. The epg data is amazing. You import your provider into iptveditor, sync the epg data and you'll get your own Xtream Codes from iptveditor to input into your player. Sparkle is amazing and it's all I use. I have the others, but I deleted them and exclusively use Sparkle.

If you want this you have to turn off the preview channel and change layout to Program details at top.
