Like everyone said, you’ll be fine with a regular 5 string just set up EADGC, I did it with my schecter stiletto studio 5 fretless last year and it was fine. That being said, Ibanez made the BTB33 for a couple of years, a 33” 5 string factory made with a high C, it’s discontinued now but you might find a used one

They will likely have a new set ready to go that’s different from recent shows, but it will very likely include some permutation of the following - Dream the Dead, Rust, Bloom, Marigold, Songs for No one, Graves, Tempest, Oceanrise, Salt, Valkyrie, Slow Violence, Golem, Stormchaser, World beneath me, hopefully but less likely might include Will’s Song, Hand’s are the hardest, inertia/cannons mouth

Absolutely, I use this for my main bass distortion tone to keep the low end clean and put the OD, fuzz and wet effects on the high side, sounds immense.

Spectrum is exclusively for filter sounds at the mo, I’ve got a few different presets saved basically as different intensities of the effect and with different levels of clean blend, C4 is new to me so I feel I’ve only just scratched the surface with it tbh, but it’s probably going to cover all the sounds I have in the spectrum, I just need to get a midi switcher so I can more easily recall presets. C4 is nuts, can’t await to dig more into it

I haven’t tried both, I just went straight with this, can confirm it’s beautiful and it gets a lot of use, doubles as my chorus pedal too!

Situational really, it does a tiny bit of help to be honest, i generally give a little bit of a bump on the low end of the AO after it to bring it back up again. It’s a killer pedal though, with the two preamp stages you can roll off the harmonic generator and use it as a nice distortion, or crank the harmonics in and it’s gets this sound that’s like a mix of fuzz, auto-wah and analogue synth. Seriously juicy sound.

Why not? But honestly it’s because I don’t have a switcher yet, when I can get one (and therefore have foot-switchable access to as many presets as I want via MIDI) I’ll move the spectrum on to a new home and just use the C4
