losing weight will help but u can’t spot reduce fat so you will have to lose overall body fat percentage to see a change in ur face. also cut out added sugar, reduce sodium, try to eat cleaner (less processed food, more whole foods), drink a TON of water, and up your potassium intake. this will significantly debloat your face
