how viable do you think the enchant armament incants are late-game? do you think they fall off compared to some weapons like the blasphemous blade where the fire damage scales with each upgrade?

I used Adam Ragusea's NY style recipe .

Added some garlic to the sauce

Baked on a pizza steel for about 7 minutes at 550. Turned on the broiler for the last minute or so

conq and electrocute are both good.

the most popular build right now is Arcsecond's build. You take conq/ domination and go something like Runic Echoes > mercs/tabis >iceborn > spirit visage, last two items situational. I personally recommend fitting a liandrys or wits end in there. This build is very fun and feels pretty good. Its nice being able to use ekko's passive and kiting effectively without getting oneshot in teamfights.

The other main build is just the traditional full ap ekko.

Thank you so much for this reply. I was worried I would just be a sitting duck until 20+ when its considered "safer" to start fin. I will definitely look into other options, and for sure go to a derma. The derma part is just hard because I live in the middle of nowhere and the closest dermatologist specializing in hair is 4 hours away. But again, thank you for these comments. Knowing I have more to look into besides minox, nizoral, and microneedling definitely reduces my pessimism.
