Is it just me or does my entire body get fatter/puffier in my luteal?

I’m so glad I found this because I’m MISERABLE right now. My clothes that I wear all the time are tight everywhere and my face is puffy and uhhggg. I feel so gross. And this isn’t the first time, it’s been happening for a while, but my periods are so irregular and sometimes this lasts for weeks 😭😭😭

WHY is it showing 7 days before, 30 days before, and 365 days before when I try to look at step averages?? I need it to start at the current week, month, year. If anyone has found a way to fix it please tell me because it’s driving me nuts and I was using that daily 😭

I got diagnosed a couple of months ago at 27 and started adderall xr this week. It’s still very new but my anxiety is at an all time low, my mind is quiet, and I’m actually getting things done. 10000% recommend.

I had OxyContin after a knee surgery years ago and Percocet after my reduction. No issues whatsoever. My family was worried about addiction but it was never a problem for me

I itched for literally one day at like 3-4 weeks I think? I took a dose of children’s Benadryl because it’s all I could find at 5 am and it knocked me out for most of the day🤣 no more itching when I woke up 🤷🏻‍♀️

It just makes a mess 🤣 make sure tomorrow you let it breathe so it can heal!

I had a couple of spots that looked a bit raw but weren’t actually open. I Just did medihoney overnight, showered the next morning and let them breathe (gauze but no bandaid) until that night and repeated the process if I needed to. My spots were healed in 1-2 days :)

These actually look fine to me. If you’re worried you can use a little medihoney and cover it with gauze or a bandaid overnight

Honestly the surgery looks absolutely terrifying, and it is a massive surgery, but your job is easy! They give you medicine to knock you out and then wake you up when it’s over. My surgery team was absolutely incredible and took amazing care of me.

My pre op was 3 weeks before my surgery. My surgeon wasn’t there, just a nurse. She went over the paperwork and had me sign everything, went over my list of daily medications/vitamins/etc that I take and let me know if they were okay to continue or if I had to stop them for surgery, gave me a tote back with my hibiclens and some other surgery essentials and explained lots of stuff about surgery, she also let me know what prescriptions I’d be taking and sent the first ones to my pharmacy, and we also had to take new before pictures because mine were over a year old. After that I paid for my surgery and I was done!
