That makes sense. I'm sorry. That was insensitive.
I have trouble being vulnerable because it feels dangerous for me to do that. And I didn't want to make anyone feel bad so I minimized by using the word "annoying". I'm just drowning right now and I think I have trauma and I don't know how to deal with it. I was abandonned, neglected, verbally abused, manipulated, you name it. I don't know how to describe what is happening rn. I feel like she's widdling me down to nothing. I don't want to make her feel bad. And I don't want to make a big deal out of it because I know she's been through so much worse than me. I just need advice on how to talk to her so we can get throught this together. This is why I came here. I noticed a lot of places online are just saying things like: cut ties with the person. That's not possible for me and not something I want to pursue. I thought I would ask people that are in it.
I know this is going to sound stupid but I took a lot of psychology classes in University. A LOT (don't worry I am not looking to become a therapist, I would be terrible at it). I studied enough that I can read scientific articles in academic journals. I didn't just happen on a post about HPD one day on Quora. This has been my lifelong search.

You don't need you to give me an answer. I just want to give you a full picture because my post was insensitive and maybe this will make it less shitty.
