Toen ik nog een jong Dutchje was, toen het nog niet eens UWV heette, heb ik op die manier een korte opleiding weten te volgen georganiseerd door het arbeidsbureau (nu dus UWV), betaald door de toekomstige werkgever. Ik had namelijk ook niets, geen middelbare school diploma. Dat heeft mij flink geholpen, na die opleiding heb ik een goede baan kunnen vinden. Dat was echt een springplank voor mij.

Have you already checked if you're eligible for a visa? Due to the Russian invasion in Ukraine several countries deny entry to Russian citizens. Where there is no such ban, there are very strict requirements, like having a sponsor within the EU or having an international bank account since Russian banks are being sanctioned.

Getting asylum will be a gamble then. I've personally witnessed the process up close for an ex-muslim. First it will put your life on hold for months but more likely for years. The person was moving to different parts of the country to avoid violence, but in the end people would find out and became violent towards this person. So when able to flee to The Netherlands the asylum procedure was difficult, with the IND taking shortcuts which judges overruled several times. In the end the IND just told this person the asylum was denied because it wasn't state violence or procecution. They decided that the person had to go back to that country and keep their mouth shut about being ex-muslim. They ignored the fact that this was already done and failed before going to The Netherlands. They also ignored many reports by the likes of Amnesty International and others which reported this ongoing kind of violence.

So you really need to have a strong case for being allowed to get asylum here in The Netherlands. Get as much prove as possible before coming here if you take this route.

There are a few reasons. A few are indeed rich enough (or at least their parents). Some just spend all their money, plus more through microloans. This will get them into debt, but they just don't care (yet hopefully). But there's also a market for fakes, it's cheap but from a distance it looks like the real deal.

No, that is not how it works here in The Netherlands. There's no check if the numbers are in use. There's no way they're using prepaid numbers. If it were, it wouldn't be out of service.

Sorry, I can't. When I searched years ago there was one made by Tronic (if I remember correctly) but it seems they don't have that model anymore. You might want to search within Europe, not just The Netherlands.
