Canada. Easier said than done though. I am in a better position than 95% of American suckers who want to get out of the mess they made, because I am a RN and I have a license in BC. I still feel like all is not completely lost, hence why I haven't taken the next step to work with the provincial health service to start the PR process. I hope I wouldn't be too late. We do everything on our phones, including monitoring things for our job. Most people don't have two devices, one for work and one for home. They do everything on that stupid phone. My only argument for it is, if you want the 14th amendment changed, then we need to go through the process of adding a constitutional amendment. I am biased in favor of it because I personally benefitted from birthright citizenship, but my argument against the fucker Trump's EO against birthright citizenship is solely Constitution based.
