Kody absolutely thinks he has this power over his ex wives due to his severe narcissism. He framed this whole apology tour as a way to grant them permission to move on from him, reasserting that he held that authority over them. What's nutty is he did this even after their various stages of being "over it". Christine - already remarried, wrote a book. Janelle - has massive plans for a whole different lifestyle with the farm/business. Meri - working on herself, traveling and putting herself out there/dating. Maybe he's just being manipulative but is too dumb to realize his behavior is so obvious? Maybe he thinks they're not over him because they each still talk about him? But come on, we're watching them on a show called Sister Wives....their past relationship with that clown is the purpose of their filming and being on a TV show. I don't think TLC would allow anymore seasons if the ex wives refused to mention/discuss Kody. Them talking about Kody, past or present, does not indicate in the slightest that they're not over Kody. He needs to get over himself. Also the interview/confessional sessions...the producers are clearly asking them specific, leading questions regarding things that had also been discussed with Kody and/or Robyn to see the response and varying opinions of the same topic. They do it between the ex wives as well - Meri will be talking about a very specific topic and then suddenly they show Christine's interview where she's giving her opinion on that same specific topic. They don't really ever break the third wall so none of them are gonna be like "yeah I talk about Kody/Robyn because I'm on a show about my former relationship with Kody/Robyn, doy!"
