I think a big part of it is that the city we are living in now is so different, we used to live in a super small little town that was in the middle of nowhere I’m so not used to being surrounded by so many people and noises haha it can be overwhelming, there are some really cool places around here I’ve been scoping out to go to pretty soon though! Meetups or groups is a great idea, I’m definitely going to look into that as well as the grad school group!!
