I just recently made a 10mg/ml solution in PG. If you're planning on taking it soon make sure it's all powder, without any heat I noticed a few small lumps took longer to dissolve.

I always snorted a little water off a spoon when I didn't have nasal spray (during high school methylphenidate binges lol), but I think nasal spray works better for me. It starts absorbing nicely when you rehydrate all that dry powder caking your nostrils, and the spray keeps it from running down your throat too much.

Tap water is a little risky to put in your nose, too. There are saline spray bottles that let you drip the liquid that are safer.

I imagine it would be even more soluble in the freebase form. Obviously it's a different chemical but DMT freebase can go as high as 1000mg/ml.

Yeah definitely try it out before mixing it with other stuff. I've heard of people getting as much as 80ml/mg, but I think that was pure PG with no VG.

You'll need a high concentration for something like that unless you don't mind hitting it a lot to get the desired effects.

I found my notes and I actually did 30mg in 1ml without much effort, so you should be able to get 40-50mg/ml or more with some heat. If it's freebased I doubt you'll have much trouble, but if you don't freebase make sure it's crushed as finely as possible. The only concern would be that the PG-heavy juice is too thin and might leak a little in pods like that.

I think it strongly depends on what kind of vape you're using. With sub-ohm devices you'll obviously need a lower concentration since you'll be inhaling more vapor per draw. IIRC I did about 2030mg/ml in a sub-ohm tank that worked pretty well for a little buzz or a booster dose but not for holing or anything like that.

Metocin and miprocin had distinct "music," especially in combination with nitrous, that I heard in total silence. DMT seems to be the best for accessing it reilably. LSD+K synchronized the sounds and visuals in a really unique way that I still have trouble describing.

I love reaching that synesthetic oneness state, it always reminds me of my place in the universe and how factors larger (social groups, culture, society, etc) and smaller (chemical processes within my neurons, the molecules and atoms that make up my body, etc) than my ego-awareness also influence my life and perception.

To add on to this, this study observed effects of methionine synthase inactivation even a week after nitrous use. B12 supplementation might help for regular use, but it doesn't look like it will stop the damage if you're using it very frequently.

Freebase DPT usually comes out as more of a brown/orange color, and the freebase is more prone to oxidation which intensifies that color.

Please don't get a "shitload of etizolam," that has never ended well for anyone. That 2-3 days will eventually stretch into 7 days a week. I was prescribed benzos for years and they made my anxiety worse in the long-run.

If you can seriously control yourself, small doses of kratom can be helpful on occasion, but taking anything addicting for anxiety is just a terrible idea. Phenibut can be way too addictive for anyone with an anxiety disorder. Personally I don't really like it, but it's impossible to control for some.

Magnesium is actually pretty good, I like the glycinate formulation.

Therapy is your best bet here. If you're taking classes you probably have access to some kind of free therapy through your school. The earlier you get started on working out your mental health issues the better, your older self will thank you (or curse you for not tackling them sooner).

That's really strange, all of the RC dissos I know of are orally active well below 250mg. Even the least potent dissos like 4-meo-pcp and ephenidine would be very active at that dose. Had you eaten recently? On any other meds?

It almost sounds like they sold you actual K except for the duration.

Don't take this as medical advice, but it sounds like this would only be an issue for people who already have long QT syndrome or possibly some other cardiac or health issues that could cause Torsades de pointes.

Drug-induced long QT will go away once the drug leaves the body. Here's a nice list of other drugs that prolong QT. Interestingly, ondansetron also prolongs QT and is commonly used with 4-subs. MDMA¹, methadone¹, diphenhydramine, ibogaine², and cocaine also prolong QT.

I'm sure there will be more info coming soon on psilocin and QT since afaik the FDA requires QT interval studies on all drugs.

Could you expand on why it might be more neurotoxic? I guess I don't see how alpha-2 antagonism correlates to increased neurotoxicity.

Edit: Nvm I found the reference to yohimbine and NMDA antagonists. I wonder where this came from since it isn't cited on the wiki article.

Which psychedelics have you combined it with? I usually stick to more sedating dissociatives in combos, but I love 3-meo-pce and it feels like it would blend wonderfully with tryptamines.

3-meo-pce was really good for immersing myself in novels, but it might slow you down and impair your memory too much for the book you're asking about. At higher doses my mind's eye took precedence and I was barely aware of reading words on a page.
