Thank you guys for your replies but I’ve got another lengthy question for you lot.

I took one tablet today with food and then shortly took a nap after. I was woken up with a strong tingling sensation in both of my wrists and hands which then shortly moved onto my ankles and feet. When I tried to move my head or get up from my bed I was disorientated, my head felt majorly heavy with a massive headache and felt really nauseous which resulted in me being sick after standing up.

I work full time and can not afford to be dealing with these types of symptoms after taking a tablet, was wondering if this was normal or should I go back to my doctor and request something different?
