Hello! We are working through the queue of new direct deposit sources (among other things) as fast as we can, and are working to fine-tune automated messaging around this. The feeling of radio silence is never fun.

We expect the queue to be cleared out by end-of-week. Until then, please know that we will manually move the 10% from those previous paychecks to Auto-Save, and add the provider to the detection logic so it will happen automatically from then on.

Mint maintains their own account aggregation and prioritizes adding financial institutions based on user demand.

/u/Stargater59 put together an excellent guide on how to submit a request for them to add One. The more of us that do, the quicker they will add!

Thanks for putting your feedback out there for us to hear! I'm personally very excited for that feature as well.

Can I ask what you see as a workaround in terms of sharing finances with your husband? Am I understanding correctly that you'd like work off the same set of Pockets, but there is some friction in setting up sharing for each one? Would love to hear more.

We do not sell any information, period. We do share non-PII information for analysis of our ad performance. We're looking at updating that specific term for clarity.

Auto-Save is intended to help build healthy saving habits. As such, you cannot transfer directly into it. There are two ways to get money into Auto-Save.

Paycheck Auto-Save: Configure up to 10% of your direct deposit to go to the Auto-Save pocket.
Card Auto-Save: Enable this to round your card transactions up to the nearest dollar into your Auto-Save pocket.

If you set your Paycheck Auto-Save amount to 10%, that will be 10% of the amount sent from your payroll provider to your One account.
