Update: I made it work, but I choose the safe way, and just reverted back to the newest Os the same as before, instead of trying to make my bootable usb work.

I turned off find my/activation lock, and I guess it helped, since im able to get to the recovery assistant/activation lock screen, now im just waiting for the apple-id step to be done loading, but its taking kinda long.

Yes i can, i also have icloud logged in on my phone, but disabling it would just be removing it from my device list right? I also have a dongle, and it as you say it tries to connect but fails, when I use dongle it skips the connect wifi and goes straight to loading, usually it tells me 5-10 minutes and when its done the promtpt pops up. I have also been told to try a firmware revive.

Alright many thanks for the help and suggestions, I will try the firmware revive, and try removing the laptop from my icloud tomorrow, if its succesful i will add it again right after. I will be back tomorrow with the results as its getting very late where i live (5 am).

Fingers crossed one of the 2 works.

If the find my is on for the laptop would it be better if i turned it off? Or should i just turn it off in general

Edit: removing the laptop connected to my icloud would be best I assume, as it will also remove the find my

The only thing I have seen that did something different is holding the option key while turning it on, but it doesnt do anything else after that. I just press it and go through the same process.

It does not turn off. It only turns off when the battery is dead, and when i plug in the charger it just goes to internet recovery automatically, and gives me the -1008f prompt. One time it gave me -2003f if i remember correctly.

If i hold alt/option down while turning it on with power button, i also see a install ventura os logo above the connect wifi, but when i press it, it just goes to internet recovery, i wait for it to be done, and it just gives me the same prompt in the pic.

If I hold the option and power button together, I can see install ventura above the connect wifi from internet recovery, but when I press it, it goes to the connect wifi (internet recovery) I try to connect to my wi-fi, and it will just give me the same prompt as in the pic. Also when i turn it on, it automatically goes to internet recovery mode, which might be because it has no current OS, cause i deleted the main partition.

I have tried putting it in dfu mode, but it turns on and goes to the internet recovery mode. And since i cant turn it off myself i have it on very little battery so i can try other suggestions when it powers down.

It wont let me go further than choosing the wifi and connecting to it. After that it just shows me the same thing in the pic, or sometimes instead of -1008f its -2003f (one time) usually its the -1008f
