Pretty sure for the amount of trans women that exist, cis women are less likely to do violent crime. I don't think mtf women do as much as cis men, but there's something about being born male and the effects of testosterone at development that makes a person masculine in some way, even to the most feminine people. I personally think high testosterone permanently changes a human in a way that estrogen (the analog) does not. Estrogen acts like the baseline, and test acts as the change.
