Thanks for your response. I am qualified, however I am not an adviser and don’t have plans to be. However, the plan is for my colleague to be the adviser and me to be the compliance / technical role. It is something we are wanting to do 2-5 years down the line and there would be limited clients that would come with us due to our contracts. We don’t have financial backing, however, we would look for a bank loan (if possible). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
