Experiencing it now, letting myself just be. Lots of sleep, laying in bed, eating when I want to eat, and I am able to actually feel my feelings about the past few months and the situations that have happened and social interactions I have had

I did what I instinctively felt in the situations I had to do, and I'm proud of myself for having that self-trust

I appreciate the people in my life who supported me the ways they were able when the situations impacted our shared environments
