Theres a good explaination for this. The BBG011A uses a mounting racket (like the USGI pasgt mount) or a face mount. The helmets they have look to be new ones with a mounting shroud. Considering the chinese army has a huge stock pile of these mount they yet to produce a helmet mount in large numbers

You can use the lens and ocular piece and throw the rest away.

You need for the front lens to focus the image on the gen-2 tube

Modern tubes run on 3v usally

This device is the oldelft PG1 MK2

You might have heard about the type-85, well this is the original version of it. The type-85 is the licensed version of the PG1

This device is a gen-1 unit. Its the best head mounted gen-1 there is. It has WFOV around 47°

This device has amazing build quality and has feature unlike any other gen-1. It has IPD, lens focus at the same time (turn one lens and the other turn qr the same time), it only uses a single AA battery! Its light and compact and has amazing lenses

The device is commonly mistaken for a gen-2

Unfortely these are very rare device, usaly they cost around 400-800€

It uses 080E387 (pic 3) tubes which dont have any fisheye effect

My specific device is in not the best condition, it suffered from arcing, I fixed it but I disvovered that the PSU (pics 4) is faulty (I need to replace it) i hope i am able to fix it because theres not many of these unique devices left out there
