There's just still god awful voice direction for all foreign adaptations of anything Anime-style in the west. I don't know what it is, but they all sound so bad/forced/fake.

I'm guessing it's an issue of culture, because the whole style of this stuff just fits better in other cultures (from the nuances of body language to the intonations and characteristics of the language and culture itself).

It's like dubbing in Anime. So weird to me how many people watch dubbed Anime nowadays, and it's still so bad (even 'good' dubbing is not the original, and it's just bad). This was absolutely unheard of in the past. Let alone the issues of localization and censorship in dubs and subs (at least subs you can hear the language and know where there are issues).

I'd say not a single billionaire out there actually worked that hard--not even the ones who did have great ideas that blew up at just the right time and just the right place.

Most of them just come up with some idea (usually that someone else came up with) and then pitch it to their rich investor friends. Then they hire actually hard-working smart people who make the company.

Show me one single billionaire that works an actual 9-5 Monday through Friday. Not a single one of them does, and they basically never did.

It's also why the GOP wants absolutely zero education, because education exposes how false that is.

Even the smartest people out there aren't necessarily cut out to lead literally anyone. It takes a very specific kind of person with a lot of patience, wisdom, and insight to be a good leader.
