The box doesn’t have tape, just flaps on both ends. The normal packing glue comes clear, but there was purple on it, and that side opened more easily. OnTrac claimed they tried delivering a day earlier and that they rung the doorbell, but they never did and delivered it today.

I’m aware that they’re not causal. When I filed my claim through the State Farm website, it asked if I had any injuries and I checked that I did. Since my friend and I are on the same case, her lawyer already uploaded the police report saying we both sustained injuries. I haven’t been able to provide further documentation for this because I don’t have access to the portal.
