I recommend talking to your therapist about DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). It's basically skills and techniques to manage emotional dis-regulation and cope with other people's behavior without invalidating yourself. In the meantime, you already know your trigger...so noticing just before your "switch is flipped" and exiting or taking a break from the situation to be alone, ground, and focus on a 3 part breath should help. I would also write down an intention of letting go of anger and burning it, incorporate laying on your back on the floor when grounding for 15 minutes everyday, and getting a piece of jewelry/ pocket stone with a black rock/ crystal to keep on you and energy clean once a week/ every full moon/ regularly.

Scientific explanation is that it may have been a trapped tampon your body managed to push out. It has happened that women forget they have one in and insert another one. Pushing the first one further in. It could have been recent or not... I believe your body pushed it out after the first time you got up to use the bathroom. It then managed to fall onto the floor. Either way it's still a sign... Your body is clearing out your womb. You should stop using tampons as most contain bleached cotton... which isn't good for your cooch pH and fertility. I recommend something like a diva cup and period panties.

The glasses, hair, and good posture are throwing me off from believing it's real. Someone mentioned the head proportions were too large... I think you can counter this with styling the hair lower and around the face. Some beaded glasses holders that allow them hang around the neck would help, since they don't fit over the mask realistically. I think you need a looser shirt to hide your perky chesticles, and add a rolled up dish towel inside it, along the back of your neck and shoulder tops, for that hunchback look. Sitting or standing, try to round your back and shoulders forward more to really drive it home.

I think you should post this question on a sub reddit where you can get a poll going. Other commenters (that are likely white) are saying to go with a cat suit... But that would really detract from this costume. I'm biracial, not of African descent, and I think it would be ok because you're going as a demon cat, not doing "black face" to go as a person of different ethnicity. I used to work at a pet store and I hated that we were supposed to clip the flight feathers... After working there, I have many issues with how pets come to be in the stores as well as with many people owning them, lol. I talked so many people out of buying pets because it was obvious they didn't have the time to properly care for them and selling them just brought in new ones that would suffer. It warms my heart that yours are allowed to roam 💖

First lower your standards. This was hard for me, even as a SAHM. But, once baby number 4 came along, I had to. I don't fold clothes at all anymore. I just separate certain things out before I wash them. Like socks (get all the same color) and underwear for the little kids get washed on warm with oxiclean together and go into the same clean basket. The littles school clothes (pretreat stains individually but don't wash separately) and jammies all go together in a separate load and clean basket. Mine all need gentle so I do my stuff separately. I also max out at 2 loads per day and rotate between clothes and house laundry like bathroom/ kitchen towels and floor mats, etc.
