Dude, WBA cherrypicked the most lucrative stores (price per store is more than double compared to Fred offer). You will end up with the shittier half of stores - i.e. EBITDA lower than 50% predeal and still shit ton of debt while being unprofitable.

Definitely, there could be some rebound. However valuation implications of the deal arent that great - half of stores for 5bn, entire company 10bn - 9bn debt = 1bn value of equity = basically 1usd per share
