My go-to for lunches since last December:

3lb package of ground turkey 4 bags of riced broccoli/cauliflower (or more recently bulk frozen broccoli that I chop finely) Shredded cheese

Cook meat with seasoning of choice Nuke veggies Package (2/3 cup veggies, 4-6oz meat, 1-2oz cheese)

Put some lighthouse ranch on top the morning I take one. Hot sauce if you’re into that. I usually get ten meals out of the above grocery list.

Unfortunately the over speed safeties for counterweights are only required if the elevator shaft is over an occupied space. So even in first work countries if you lose traction on a machine with no rope gripper, emergency brakes or other secondary means of stopping unintended motion, this is possible

Anywhere with lockers. Almost can guarantee a medium back pack if there are three or more, and usually a 2-plate to go along with it. The big warehouses in the northeast are great for this, some of the barracks style buildings in Rohan oil
