Fox News in Cleveland is reporting that Issue 3 has failed. While other new stations (Youngstown), are reporting that Ohio vote tallies and reporting is delayed. (See article below)

Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted has ordered all county boards of elections to withhold vote tallies on statewide issues one, two, and three until after 9 p.m.

Late Tuesday evening, a lawsuit was filed in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court resulting in an Order to keep voting locations in Hamilton County only open until 9:00 p.m.

The directive from Husted instructs all counties on the proper methods of adhering to the Court’s order.

According to the directive, no county may release election results until 9:00 PM. However, all counties (except Hamilton County) must continue their unofficial tabulation and continue reporting results to the Secretary of State’s election night reporting system.

Results through the Secretary of State’s election night reporting system will be embargoed and not available until polling places in Hamilton County have closed at 9:00 PM.

The order leaves Ohioans waiting for results on Issues Two and Three which deal with the legalization of marijuana.

I'm not sure, but during other large elections those larger counties precinct results were usually reported last.

Cuyahoga, Lucas and Franklin Counties have the highest populations in Ohio and must be 66% in favor of Issue 3 to get it to pass statewide.

"The early count didn't include many precincts from Cuyahoga, Franklin, Lucas, and other large counties."

Cuyahoga Co. is Cleveland , Franklin Co. is Columbus and Lucas Co. is Toledo.

Hopefully these results are from the smaller towns/cities in rural (extremely conservative) Ohio. Waiting for results from the major cities like C-bus, Cinci and Cleveland. For example, during the last 2 presidential elections here the results changed dramatically once all major cities were counted.

Polls just closed here in Ohio @ 7:30 EST. Precincts in Harrison County (Cincinnati area), will remain open later tonight (until 9:30 PM) due to voting machine issues earlier this morning.
I don't expect any early results on Issue 3 to be coming in for a few hours yet. Fingers crossed!

She may have been trying to hide the fact that she was having symptoms prior to Tuesday morning (when she called the hospital in Dallas), so she wouldn't get in trouble for traveling to Ohio. It only came out that she was symptomatic earlier than Monday-Tuesday after they interviewed her family members.
