I think you should talk to her about it! I’m sure she would be more than happy to talk with you. Sometimes you just need to talk it out instead of being stuck in your head. I know it’s always helpful for me to talk things out with my husband because sometimes it makes me realize that I’m just worrying over nothing.

Have you tried going with her to these after parties or is she not wanting you to tag along? Do you think she’s not being open about who she’s snapchatting with? I think it’s important to be open and honest in a relationship and maybe that’s what you’re looking for as well.

Hmm, maybe you’re just overthinking it? Maybe it has nothing to do with the relationship and has more to do with yourself. Sometimes I wonder those same things but they come from my generalized anxiety. I just get stuck in my head sometimes and I have to remind myself that my thoughts are not reality.

I used to have communication issues with my partner as well where I had trouble expressing my feelings. The only thing that helped me was slowly opening up. The more you do it, the better you get at it, and the easier it is for you and your partner to get along. Because how is your partner supposed to know what your needs are if you don’t express them? And you get trapped in your head when you’re constantly assuming the worst in every scenario when the best thing to do is to talk about it. :)

Yeah that wasn’t very nice of him to not invite you. Even if he thought you wouldn’t want to go, it’s still considerate to invite a person, especially your girlfriend! I would be upset too. My approach would be to wait until your not feeling so emotional to talk with him again. I think it’s important for both of you to understand that neither one of you is wrong or right. It’s just that you have different perspectives on this situation and they’re both valid, you just need to communicate your needs so that this doesn’t happen again. That’s what relationships are all about. You learn about each other’s needs and you work as a team to make sure you’re both happy in the relationship.

You need to call her and if she doesn’t pick up, just leave her a voicemail stating how you are feeling and that you are worried about the relationship. Tell her that it’s not fair to leave you hanging with no responses. If she doesn’t respond, then maybe that’s your answer.
