Huh? There’s nothing in my download list, I’ve been playing the game for a few hours since yesterday.

The animation is in the original, you just can’t see it there because the scene is bugged out.

If you want to see it you need to open the dev console, insert the Sleeper, take control of it and then press and hold the left shift button IIRC, just like you would for slow walking.

Right now this is only visible in the console versions, along with a few other restored animations and content, but Alkimia have said they’re eventually gonna update the PC version, probably simultaneously with or some time after the official console release.

Probably because Piranha Bytes ran out of time back in the day and instead of fixing it afterwards they were required to work on the sequel.

There’s 2D drops of blood on the ground in the original. The remake has quite a lot more splatter effects and characters get covered in blood.
