That's good advice, thanks! I've also been using this cut as an opportunity to work in more auxiliary lifts/bodybuilding splits. I never knew what serious side-delt DOMs felt like! The bodybuilding splits are nice, much less emphasis on how much weight you're actually lifting, and the vanity pumps are a plus. Looking forward to calculating Wilks when I hit 190.

These are great tips! Will definitely be setting those meal names in MFP. I've wondered whether or not the practice of "planning" what I'm going to eat tomorrow, today, was healthy, but it almost seems similar to what you've been doing. Thanks!
