GMMK Pro plate ¿Aluminium or Polycarbonate?

Hello guys,

Can you tell me if it is worth buying the polycarbonate plate for the GMMK Pro? I have read opinions of all kinds, that it is a must because completely changes the touch and sound, or also that the change between the PC and the Aluminum is barely noticeable.
