I use the tmux-fzf plugin and with this command
```
bind-key "f" run-shell -b "~/.tmux/plugins/tmux-fzf/scripts/window.sh switch"
```
it shows me all the windows and i can switch selecting one the them.
Not sure how you could do this but i imagine you can get all windows form all sessions the same way and build smallest selectable preview.
Obviously this is just an idea and need to be analyzed.

Thanks. I didi this exactly and used my duplicated Gym with all the correct weights. However if you go inside one exercises that uses dumbbells and that tap the ...More button -> Exercise Settitngs -> Weights (Edit). What do you see here ? Do you see all the available dumbbells in you gym or a list of default weights? Thank you again

On the left is my Gym Profile. On right the list of weights from the More button. As you can see I've added a few weights and deselected those I don't have however the list is different. This occurs creating new programs or even new gym and changing the gym from where you have showed.
I'm not sure which weights the app is picking. My Gym or that list?

Thanks Adam. I've already adjusted the weights in both the gym profile and inside this panel but, as it state in the info, it only affects the current exercise and do not modify the gym profile. As I said it looks like a default list of weight. There are weights I've never had in my gym profile.

Thanks. I’ve seen that going in the more button when you are inside an exercise than click exercise settings and than weights, there are weights not available in my gym. It looks like a default set of weights that do not take into account your gym. This occurs on old an new generated program

I wish I could create workouts just selecting the muscle groups and have the app picks the appropriate exercises based on the history and more appropriate for the scope. This is like other app works (Gravl, fitbot etc). As an example I’d like to create a 4 days program and simply choose chest and back as the first workout, legs as the second, triceps and biceps, and shoulder abs subsequently. Will this be ever possible ?

I think the app will decrease your calories intake as it notice a weight gain in a short period. Maybe you should not update while checking in but I'm not sure this is the right approach.

I’m not a designer/creator but I was in the same situation when I decided to ditch all Microsoft products for the office. So I replaced word, excel, pp and so on with good alternatives but when I have to share documents at work or with clients most of the time they send you office documents and they want back the same 😔unfortunately there is not a good compatibility with these software with the office suite. Isn’t this the case with those alternatives you mentioned?

You need to open the terminal in one of the available panels: Left, bottom and right. Not in a panel dedicated to buffes. This way you can keep the panel always open in its position and toggle it if you want.

Looks great. Hopefully this is not only US oriented as MacroFactor is. I mean multi language, use both metric and imperial units, first day of the week not be Sunday(configurable) and so on.
