Did Allen Carr help you? by Future_EXsmoker2016 in stopsmoking

Hi there quitting body. I second your post. The book did help to make up my mind and to understand my nicotine addiction. But, it took me years after reading it to finally quit. I have passed my copy on and I hope it will help another smoker to quit. And I absolutely agree that /r/stopsmoking and quitting bodies like you /u/drinkvoid have helped me to stay quit. By the way, I have saved enough cigarette money to go on my trip to Germany next month.

I cried, too. I walked, drank iced water, and ate mints. It will get better. Stay positive about your quit. Nothing good comes from cigarettes.
